The GRID is a desktop application. MRI does not have access to your computer.

What are the Files in the folder named Category_Versions?
The Category Versions folder contains a modified Category for specific chart notes created using those modified categories. Don’t edit, move or delete these files. Ever! These are necessary to edit or print those chart notes. Ask an engineer before deleting anything. There will be no files saved in this folder if you have not used the “Manage Categories” features in The GRID.
What is the “Manage Categories” feature in The GRID?
The “Managed Categories” feature is a back-end set of dashboards which allow the user to add, edit, configure and remove Categories and Options. With this, you could change chart notes for personal and specialized purposes. This feature requires oversight, training or an engineer to show you how to make changes - don’t play with it!
Can I use The GRID for psychotherapy charting?
The GRID is designed to be a learning management system for training and research. The GRID is designed primarily to convert paper notes to digital chartnotes and/or a treatment summary.
Research. One important research finding was that it is virtually impossible to chart and meet all the documentation expectations of parties not involved in treatment. Without a tool like The GRID, most therapists lack the training and necessary information to meet all 3rd party charting expectations.
Education/Training. The GRID is intended and designed to be an education and training tool. Without question, anyone using The GRID to create a chartnote for a real patient (or an imaginary patient) will learn more about charting and understand the requirements to create minimal, moderate, and high quality notes, as well as the related content necessary to document your standards of practice, practice guidelines, HIPAA notice, informed consent, etc…
Charting. The GRID can be used to create chart notes but it is not part of a practice management system. A psychotherapist can use The GRID to convert paper notes to digital chartnotes quickly.
