What is the difference between the no-cost trial version and the full version of The GRID?

• The full version has free updates, technical support, and the ability to customize your options. The trial version does not.

• In the trial version The GRID comes loaded with charting language that you may not need for your specific practice charting needs. You can remove the language you do not need, making it faster and easier to chart.

How do I activate a full version of The GRID?

To activate a full version of The GRID you must first purchase a license to obtain an activator key. Enter the Activator Key the next time you LogIn. Follow the instructions in the email that contains your activator key. Will installing a new version of the GRID change anything?

• Yes. It will update the software but will not convert your patient records to the current version.

• All chart notes continue to operate using the version they were created with.

• All future chart notes will be saved using the newest version installed on your computer.

• You cannot change the version of a chart note which has been created.
