Programs

Resilience '08
MRI working with numerous sponsors in Bend Oregon produced a program presented at The Tower Theater. The event brought nationally recognized speakers Scott Bedbury and Eric Hipple to present media and to talk about resilience, depression, and suicide prevention. Dr. Michael Conner presented on applications of positive psychology that build resilience, social buoyancy and greater happiness. The program was recorded and will be replayed on local radio over the holiday season.

"Know Your Teen"
MRI in collaboration with Combined Communications, Inc.  sponsored the "Know your Teen" campaign.  In November and December 2005, Combined Communications' radio stations ran Ads and editorialized adolescent mental health issues to promote StepOne for Parents as a comprehensive resource for parents of youth at risk. The program supported screening, parent seminars and referral to professional and community services for Central Oregon.
